Change-of-Mind Returns

Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final. Elumi does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

Manufacturer Warranty

Elumi products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, covering the complete product and its supplied accessories (LEDs, controller, power supply, and other included components) against manufacturing defects.

Defective, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

Your purchase is covered by any rights and warranties that apply under Canadian provincial or territorial consumer protection law, in addition to the manufacturer warranty above. If your product is defective, damaged, unsafe, does not match your order or product description, or otherwise does not meet an applicable legal warranty, please contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue.

We'll ask you to send photos or video showing the issue, along with your order number and the product's serial number where applicable. We forward this to our manufacturer's technical team for evaluation, who will determine whether replacement parts or a full replacement unit is the appropriate remedy. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Online-Purchase Cancellation Rights

Depending on your province or territory, you may have statutory rights to cancel an online purchase in certain circumstances, including where legally required contract information or a contract copy was not provided, or where delivery does not occur within applicable legal time limits. Where applicable law requires a refund following a valid cancellation, we will provide that refund in accordance with the law.
