FAQ

Shipping & Delivery

Where do your products ship from?

Our products ship directly from our manufacturer in China. You can choose standard shipping (included in your price) or express shipping (a flat CA$15) at checkout - both are fully duty and tax included, so there's nothing extra to pay at your door. We're a Canadian business - we handle customer service and order support on your behalf, here in Canada.

Are your products made in Canada?

The manufacturing is done overseas, the same way most wellness and electronics brands source their products globally. What makes us Canadian is that we're a Canadian-owned and operated business, focused exclusively on the Canadian market. We handle all customer service from Canada, and we stand behind every product we sell.

How long does delivery take to Canada?

Standard shipping takes 12-18 business days and is included in your price. Express shipping takes 6-7 business days for a flat CA$15. Both are fully duty and tax included, so there's nothing extra to pay when your package arrives. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship to all provinces and territories?

We ship to every Canadian province and territory except Québec*, which we don't currently serve. Remote locations may occasionally take a day or two longer than the standard delivery estimate.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email that you can use to track your package.

What is your return policy?

Except where required by law, all sales are final — we don't offer change-of-mind returns. But if your product is defective, damaged, unsafe, or doesn't match what you ordered, you're covered by applicable Canadian consumer protection law* regardless of this policy. Every product also includes a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering the complete unit and its accessories. If a defect is confirmed, we send a replacement or replacement part at no cost to you, including shipping, and you don't need to send the defective unit back unless we tell you otherwise. Contact us with your order number and photos or a video showing the issue, and we'll review it with our manufacturer within a few business days. Replacements typically arrive about 2–3 weeks after approval. Depending on the situation, the remedy may include repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing here overrides any consumer right you can't legally waive. Contact us here to start the process.

Are replacement parts and repair services available?

We don't operate a repair service. If your product has a problem, contact us with photos or a video, and our technical team will evaluate it and provide troubleshooting guidance, a replacement part, or a replacement unit, as applicable. Replacement parts are available for the controller, cables (including the Belt's 5V-to-12V booster cable), power adapter and straps, where applicable to your product. Troubleshooting and part-replacement instructions, including a guidance video, are provided on request based on the issue.*

*Québec residents — We don't currently ship to Québec. When we do, the following applies. Québec law requires us to tell you, before you buy, how far we guarantee replacement parts, repair service and repair information:

Replacement parts: partially available. Controller, cables (including the Belt's 5V-to-12V booster cable), power adapter and straps, where applicable to your product. Other components, including the Belt's LED pad and the Mask's LED mask and internal battery, are not guaranteed.

Repair service: not available. If your product has a problem, contact us with photos or a video. Our technical team will evaluate it and provide troubleshooting guidance, a replacement part, or a replacement unit, as applicable.

Repair and maintenance information: partially available. Troubleshooting guidance and part-replacement instructions, including a guidance video, are provided on request based on the issue. A complete repair guide is not published.

Québec's legal warranty applies to your purchase, and nothing on this page limits it.

Product Questions

Is the Face & Neck Mask available yet?

Not yet — it's currently in final review before launch. The Wellness Belt is available now. We'll announce the Mask on our homepage and by email once it's ready; you can preview it on its coming soon page.

What's the difference between the Wellness Belt and the Face & Neck Mask?

The Wellness Belt is a wearable you wrap around your waist, back, or wherever you like as part of your daily routine. The Face & Neck Mask is designed for your face and neck - it covers both in one session. The Belt is available now; the Mask is coming soon.

Does the belt need to be plugged in?

Yes - the Wellness Belt has no built-in battery, so it needs to be connected to a power source while you use it. At home, plug it into the included wall adapter. On the go, connect it to a power bank: a 12V power bank works directly, and a standard 5V power bank works with the included USB booster cable. That means you can use it anywhere you can bring a power bank.

Can I wear the belt in different places?

Yes - the belt is flexible and the strap is adjustable, so you can wrap it around different areas of your body, not just the waist.

Why does the mask cover the neck as well?

The neck is an area most standard face masks skip entirely. The Mask-03 includes 240 additional LEDs specifically for the neck - so you get full face and neck coverage in a single 20-minute session.

What wavelengths do your products use?

The Wellness Belt uses 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared - two of the most widely used wavelengths in red light wellness products. The Face & Neck Mask uses four wavelengths: 630nm, 850nm, 460nm, and 590nm, spanning the visible red, near-infrared, blue, and amber spectrum.

Usage

How should I get started?

Like most wellness routines, it works best as a consistent habit. Many people start with a daily session and see how it fits into their routine. Everyone is different, so go at a pace that suits you.

How long should each session be?

10-20 minutes per session is the standard recommendation for both the belt and the mask. For the belt, avoid using longer than 30 minutes on a single area per session. For the mask, sessions run from 1-30 minutes depending on the mode selected; see the instruction manual for charging guidance.

How often should I use it?

Daily use is a common starting point. Most people build it into their routine - using the belt while watching TV or relaxing, and the mask as part of their evening routine before bed.

Are there any precautions?

Follow the session times and safety guidance in the instruction manual. Avoid use on open wounds. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have a diagnosed medical condition, check with your doctor before use. Always close your eyes or wear eye protection during mask sessions.

Can I use the mask with my existing skincare routine?

Yes - many people use it on a clean, dry face before applying serum or moisturizer, as one step in their routine.
